Adding teachers in Magazines

We recommend sharing your direct access link with your users so that they can access your Magazine subscriptions without logging in.

However, you can follow the instructions below if you would prefer to register staff to your account with individual logins: 

  1. Log in to Hachette Learning Magazines.
  2. Click the Admin Hub icon in the top right corner.
  3. Go to Teachers > With access.
  4. Click Add user in the bottom right corner.
  5. Enter the details of the teacher you'd like to add.
  6. Click Save.

Once saved, the new teacher will be automatically placed in Teachers > With access. They'll also receive an email prompting them to verify their email address and create a password. Once they've completed these steps, they'll be able to log in to Hachette Learning Magazines.
