Authorising changes to your account

Select a GDPR consent form to authorise us to make changes to your account. The following options are available:

1. Changing your Access Coordinator
2. Uploading a CSV file on your behalf
3. Completing a centre merge
4. Permanently deleting users from your institution's account
5. Permanently deleting your personal account/login

We cannot make these changes without a completed GDPR consent form.
