Once an eBook has been allocated in Boost Learning, it is not possible to deallocate and reassign the same copy to someone else. eBook allocations are non-transferable, and each allocation is permanently tied to the user it was originally assigned to.
If an eBook has been assigned to the wrong student, teacher, or account by mistake, the allocation cannot be reversed from within Boost Learning.
What to do next
If you have made an error when allocating an eBook, please contact Hachette Learning Support. Include the following details so they can review the situation:
• Your name and role
• The email address of the user the eBook was assigned to
• The eBook title and ISBN (if available)
• A brief description of the mistake
• Screenshots if helpful
