To access your purchased eBooks, you need to log in at boost-learning.com using your registered email address and click ‘View eBooks’. You might not be able to access your eBook for a few different reasons:
First‑time use with the app
If you’re trying to use the Hachette Learning eBooks app, please make sure you have logged into Boost Learning in a web browser and opened the eBook at least once in the Boost eBook reader online.
This step is required for the eBook to appear correctly in the app.
Allocation expiry
Most Boost eBooks expire one year after the date of allocation, with some exceptions that last for two years.
If there is any mismatch between what you expect and what you see, it’s worth asking your teacher or administrator to double‑check the allocation dates and the status in their account.
Account or login mismatch
If you have more than one login (for example, a personal vs. school account), check that you are using the same account your school used when they allocated the eBook.
If you’re logged into the wrong account, the eBook won’t appear in your library, even though it has technically been allocated.
Browser or device issues
If everything looks correct with your allocation but the eBook still won’t open, try the following:
- Try a different browser (e.g. switch from Safari to Chrome)
- Clear your browser cache or try an incognito/private window
- Check your internet connection and any school filters or firewalls that might block content
If you’re still stuck, please ask your teacher or school administrator to:
- Confirm that the eBook is still allocated to your account in Boost Learning
- Confirm that the allocation has not reached its expiry date
or Contact Hachette Learning Support with:
- Your name and username
- The eBook title and ISBN (if available)
- How you are trying to access it (browser/app, device type)
