Managing users as a school group admin

MAT/school group admins can help manage their schools' Boost Insights users, including:

  • Managing user access 
  • Adding and editing users directly 
  • Adding and editing users via CSV upload

Please note that MAT/school group admins do not have access to the 'School' tab in the Admin Hub. This means that they cannot help with MIS syncing, use the manual promotion tool, or enable/disable the years groups used in the Admin Hub. Only the Access Coordinator for the account can manage these options. 

To access a school's Admin Hub: 

  1. Log in to Passport.
  2. Click Multi-academy trust / school group. 
  3. Click Open Boost Insights Admin Hub.
