Generating reports as a school group admin

MAT/school group admins can generate a variety of reports:

  • Regular Boost Insights reports for a specific school. 
  • Whole school gap analysis spreadsheets that can be downloaded in bulk.
  • MAT/school group comparison reports for up to 10 schools in the group. 

To begin: 

  1. Log in to Passport with your admin account.
  2. Click Multi-academy trust / school group.
  3. Select a school and click Open Boost Insights.

If you are planning to generate a MAT/school group comparison report or bulk download Whole school gap analysis spreadsheets, it doesn't matter which school you select. 

To generate regular Boost Insights reports, click Analyse data: dashboards & reports. See our Reports section for more information.

To bulk download your schools' Whole school gap analysis spreadsheets, click Export all centre test data and select a test series, academic year, and term. Please note that ART and AMT papers cannot be downloaded in bulk. 

To generate a MAT/school group comparison report: 

  1. Click Analyse data: dashboards & reports.
  2. Select a test series. 
  3. Under the MAT/school group overview tab, use the dropdown menus to select up to ten schools, a test series, an academic year, and an academic term.

You can include MAT/school group average as one of the 'schools', which amalgamates the results across all schools.

Note that the MAT/school group comparison report is only available for test series that use performance indicators. It is not available for ART, AMT, BNST, or SSRCT. The report cannot be downloaded.
