School group admins have access to several reports and reporting features in Boost Insights. They can:
- Generate school-level Boost Insights reports.
- Bulk export their schools' 'Whole school gap analysis' reports for a given year, term, and paper.
- Use the 'School group comparison' report to compare performance indicators between up to ten schools, or to the school group as a whole, for a given year, term, and paper.
To get started:
- Log in to the School Group page.
- Expand a school.
- Click the Open dashboard icon.
If you want to download school-level reports, you must open the dashboard of the school you want to generate reports for. If you want to bulk export your schools' 'Whole school gap analysis' reports or generate the 'School group comparison' report, then it doesn't matter which one you open.
Generating school-level reports
- Click Analyse data: dashboards & reports.
- Select a test series.
- Select a report.

Exporting 'Whole school gap analysis' reports
- Click Export all centre test data.
- Select a test series, academic year, and term.
- Click Generate to download a report for the current school or Generate report for all centres.
If you select Generate report for all centres, the system will download a ZIP folder containing each school's report.

Generating the 'School group comparison' report
The 'School group comparison' report is a digital-only snapshot of your schools' performance. It cannot be downloaded.
To generate the report, click Analyse data: dashboards & reports and select up to 10 schools, a test series, academic year, and term. You can select the school group average as a whole in place of a school.
Note that the MAT/school group comparison report is only available for test series that use performance indicators. It is not available for ART, AMT, BNST, or SSRCT.
