To update the school list or admins for your MAT/school group account, please submit a new 'MAT/School Group Management Form' to matsupport@hachettelearning.com. Contact your local assessment consultant if you need another copy of the form.
Sections 1 and 4 are mandatory, but Sections 2 and 3 are optional depending on what you'd like to update. If you are adding schools to the account, you only need to list those schools; you don't need to list ones that were added previously.
