You can view and manage your learners from the Students tab of the Admin Hub. It is divided into three sub-tabs:
- With Access: learners in this column will appear in the platform and can log in.
- Without Access: learners in this column will not appear in the platform and cannot log in.
- Pending Deletion: learners in this column will not appear in the platform and cannot log in. They will be permanently deleted from your Hachette Learning account after six months. See Deleting learners for further guidance.
If you've registered your learners with email addresses, then the Email Verified? column will show you whether they've verified their account or not. If they have, it will say 'Verified'. If they have, it will say 'Verified'. If they haven't, there will be a hyperlink that says 'Email sent'. Click the link to resend their verification email.
Even if you're new to Adaptive, you may find that some of your colleagues are already in the Admin Hub. This is because our platforms are all connected to the same user management system: when you add a new user to one, they will automatically appear in all the others.
Your Access Coordinator can manage user access to your Adaptive account.
