Please note that Admin Hub changes can take up to 5 minutes to take effect in Hachette Learning Adaptive.
You can add individual learners to your account directly via the Admin Hub. However, you must set up your classes first.
To add a learner:
- Log in to Adaptive.
- Click Admin Hub in the bottom left.
- Go to Students > With access.
- Click Add pupil in the bottom right.
- Enter the learner's details.
- Click Save.
You can register learners with a username and/or an email address. If you register them with only a username, you will need to create a password for them as well. If you register them with an email address, they will be sent a verification email to set up a password themselves.
When learners log in with a username, they'll be prompted to enter your centre ID number. This is the number underneath your institution's name at the top of the Admin Hub.
