Benefits and limitations
Instead of manually adding users to Boost Insights, SNAP, or Wellbeing, you can import them by syncing with your MIS. It's free to set up and often much quicker.
Completing the set up will match and sync existing user records and import new ones immediately. Newly imported teachers will be sent a verification email to confirm their account and create a password, after which they'll be able to log in to the platform. Newly imported learners will be visible in the platform for testing and analysis.
New learners who join throughout the academic year will be automatically imported to the Admin Hub. However, you will need to grant them access before they appear in the platform itself.
Learners will NOT be automatically promoted to their new year groups and classes at the start of a new academic year. See Promoting learners with an MIS sync for further guidance.
Who can sync with Arbor?
You can only sync with Arbor if they are your MIS provider. If you use a different provider, see syncing with your MIS via Wonde.
Who can set up and manage the sync?
Only the Access Coordinator for your Boost Insights, SNAP, or Wellbeing account can set up and manage the MIS sync.
If your Access Coordinator has left or you're not sure who they are, please contact the digital support team.
