After syncing your registration groups, you'll be taken to the 'Subject classes' panel. Click Proceed to see the list of subject classes.
If you don't have subject classes set up in Arbor (because you are a primary school, for example), then the subject classes list will be blank. You may also see a message stating, 'There was no data returned from your data provider.' Close the message if it appears and click Save subject class names to skip this panel.
The column on the left displays any subject classes that already exist under the orange Groups > Subject classes tab in the Admin Hub. The blue middle column shows the registration group names in your Arbor account.
The system will automatically pair classes that appear in both. If it fails to pair a class, or pairs classes by mistake, then you can correct this using the drop-down boxes in the blue middle column.
Tick the 'Set up?' column next to the classes you'd like to sync. If a class isn't matched to an existing record in the Admin Hub then it will be added to the orange Groups > Subject classes tab automatically.
Click Save subject class names in the bottom right when you're ready to move on.
