Please note that Admin Hub changes can take up to 5 minutes to take effect in Hachette Learning Adaptive.
You can edit a learner's details in the Admin Hub, including their name, email address/username and password:
- Log in to Adaptive.
- Click the Admin Hub icon in the bottom left.
- Go to the Students tab and select the learner's record.
- Click View Pupil in the bottom right.
- Edit the information you'd like to update.
- Click Save.
If you edit a learner's email address, a verification link will be sent to the new address. Their email address will not be updated in the Admin Hub until they open this link and confirm the change.
You cannot revert an account to be username-only once you've added an email address.
