Please note that Admin Hub changes can take up to 5 minutes to take effect in Hachette Learning Academy.
To edit a custom group's name, description, and learners:
- Log in to Academy.
- Click Admin Hub in the bottom left.
- Go to the orange Groups tab.
- Select the group and click View/edit.
- Make the desired changes and click Save group.
NOTE: Because all of our platforms are connected to the same user management system, you may find that custom groups containing your regular learners are listed in the 'Groups' tab. This is normal. If you notice your regular learners under Students > Without access, revoke their access to ensure that only your CPD learners have access to Academy.
