To sync with Arbor, you first need to authorise the connection in the Admin Hub:
- Log in to Boost Insights, SNAP, or Wellbeing as the Access Coordinator.
- Open the Admin Hub (bottom left in Boost Insights; top right in Wellbeing and SNAP).
- Go to School > MIS data sync > Authorisation.
- Click Authorise on the 'Arbor' icon.
- Enter your Arbor login credentials in the connection portal.
- Review the the Hodder Education app's required permissions list and click Approve.
You will be returned to the Admin Hub automatically after a few seconds, and the Start sync button should be visible on the 'Arbor' icon. Try refreshing the browser page if not.
