To sync with Wonde, you first need to authorise the connection in the Admin Hub:
- Log in to Boost Insights, SNAP, or Wellbeing as the Access Coordinator.
- Open the Admin Hub (bottom left in Boost Insights; top right in Wellbeing and SNAP).
- Go to School > MIS data sync > Authorisation.
- Click Authorise on the 'Wonde' icon.
- Enter your school's details in the connection portal and click Search.
- Select your school from the list and click Match.
- Review the details that Wonde have for your school and click Submit. If any of the details are incorrect, call 01638 779 144 or email support@wonde.com.
You will be returned to the Admin Hub automatically after a few seconds.
If you're syncing your Hachette Learning account with Wonde for the first time, Wonde will audit the connection before it is finalised. This is usually completed within 24 hours, but longer wait times can occur during busy periods.
You will receive an email from Wonde to confirm the connection is authorised. Afterwards, you will see the option to Start sync on the 'Wonde' icon.
If the Start sync button does not appear, try deauthorising the connection and then reauthorising it (it won't need to be audited again).
