You can share resources with learners by generating a link sent to a Microsoft Teams group/channel. Any learner with access to your Boost Learning account will be able to use the link.
Note that you can only share to one group/channel at a time.
To share resources via Microsoft Teams:
- Click Share via Microsoft Teams.
- CC colleagues to notify them of the share. (Optional)
- Add instructions for your learners. (Optional)
- Click Done.
- Teams will open in a new tab or pop-up window. Log in if/when prompted.
- Select the users or group/channel you'd like to share to.
- Edit the message to your learners. (Optional)
- Click Share.
The link will be sent to the Teams channel you've selected. If you've selected individual learners then they will be added to a group chat.
Once learners have accessed the resources via the link, they do not need to use it again. Instead, they should log in to Boost Learning directly as normal.
If you want to make amendments to your share, you will need to do this within Teams.
