Once you're happy that a learner's Core Profile is sufficiently complete, you can build reports for them by selecting the strands and interventions you'd like to focus on. You can select as many interventions as you want across multiple strands, but we recommend focusing on two or three interventions per report.
Both reports will be blank if you download them before selecting any interventions.
Please note:
- The SNAP-SpLD strand 'Comprehension processing speed', for learners aged 7-16, does not have any associated interventions.
- Similarly, the following SNAP-B strands do not have any associated interventions or information sheets: 'Relationship with self at home', 'Relationship with other children at home', and 'Relationship with adults at home'.
Building a report
- Select a strand bar on the Core Profile or on the key underneath.
- Click Add to reports next to the desired interventions on the strand summary page.
- Click Info sheet (PDF) at the top of the page for more information about the interventions.
- Click Show matrix to see how the questions relevant to the strand were answered.
- Click the X in the top right to close the strand summary page.
- Repeat the steps above for each strand / set of interventions you'd like to focus on.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the 'Plan, do and review' tab and click Download Word doc next to the 'Home' and/or 'School' report.
To remove an intervention you've selected, return to the corresponding strand's summary page or untick it under the 'Chosen interventions' section.
