Once you complete the 'Pupil assessment questionnaire' for a learner, the 'Plan, do and review' tab will become available.
At the top of the page you'll see the learner's Core Profile, which records their relative strengths and weaknesses across the different strands. A printable PDF of the Core Profile can be downloaded at the top of the page. It includes a summary of the learner's three principal strengths and weaknesses.
Please note:
- In SNAP-SpLD, the two peach coloured bars on the right will only appear if the learner completes the 'What I feel' questionnaire.
- The strands vary for SNAP-SpLD depending on the learner's age: there are 15 strands for learners aged 4-6 and 20 strands for learners aged 7-16.
-
In SNAP-B, the bars for 'Relationship with self at home', 'Relationship with other children at home', and 'Relationship with adults at home' will only appear if the learners' parents complete the 'At home' questionnaire.
