The Reading Planet Title allocation report tracks your learners' reading progress. There are two versions of the report:
- The basic version shows you the number of eBooks assigned to and completed by learners for a Reading Planet Course.
- The detailed version includes the creation, completion, and due dates for each assignment, as well as learners' completion status and quiz score for each eBook.
You can access the detailed version of the report by filtering by book band at the top. You can then filter the report by a specific eBook if needed.
Use the arrows at the sides to scroll through the different book bands/books.
Sort the class/group report by first or last name using the drop-down box above the learner list, or click the magnifying class to search for someone specific. You can also select a learner's name to single them out. Click the back button in your browser window to see the full class/group again.
You can assign eBooks to learners who don't have them yet by clicking Assign in the status column. Alternatively, click the triangular 'Share' icon next to the book title at the top of the report to share the eBook with all learners on the report who don't have access.
Toggle the 'Heatmap' in the top right to highlight learner's scores in the 'Score' column by attainment.
To review a learner's quiz answers:
- Click their score.
- Select the eBook title to open a Knowledge Test results report.
- Find the learner on the report.
- Click the arrow in the 'Responses' column on the right.
- Click Review.
