Only Access Coordinators can manage user removal in the Admin Hub. If a user has left your school, you can follow these steps:
Revoke the user’s access
In the Admin Hub, find the user in your list, click on their name to highlight it, and then select the Revoke access button.
This immediately removes their ability to log in or use the platform features.

Move the user to the pending deletion tab
After revoking access, the user will remain in your without access tab.
To move them into Pending deletion, click on their name again and select Delete.
Once deleted, the user will appear in Pending deletion for 6 months before being permanently removed.
