When you upload a CSV file to add or update users, a pop‑up window will appear confirming that your file has been accepted and showing:
- The live status of your upload
- Your file’s position in the processing queue
Once the upload has finished processing:
If your CSV contains errors or rejected entries, you'll be able to view an errors list, which includes specific error messages for each affected row. Correct the errors in your file and upload it again
Peak‑time delays
During busy periods — particularly in the autumn term — the processing queue may be longer, and uploads can take more time than usual. You can close the Admin Hub tab at any time. This will not affect the file upload process.
To return and check progress later:
Login to passport.hachettelearning.com using your Boost Insights credentials.
Click View user imports to see your upload history, current status, and any error files available for download.
What if my upload seems stuck?
If your file has been processing for more than 24 hours, please contact the Digital Support team for assistance.
