Why does it say we don’t have access to this article?
If you see a message saying you don’t have access to a magazine article, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
You may not be logged in correctly
Make sure you’re signed in using the correct school account. If you’re logged in with a personal email or the wrong school, you won’t be able to view articles included in your school’s subscription. Try logging out and logging back in with the correct details provided by your school.
Your subscription may have expired
If your school’s magazine subscription has ended, the articles will appear locked. Once the subscription is renewed, access should return automatically.
If you believe your subscription is still active, please check with your school administrator or contact the digital support team.
If you would like to discuss your renewal options, please reach out to your local sales consultant.
You may be using the wrong direct access link
Teachers can share direct access links that allow students to access the eLibrary without logging in. If you are a teacher and need to share a direct access link, please refer to the help guide article. here.
If you are a learner, please make sure you use the correct direct access link shared by your teacher. If your link is outdated or incorrect, the system won’t recognise it and you won’t be able to open the article — even if your school does have access.
