If you’re unable to verify your email address, the verification link has expired, or you can’t remember your password, you can request a new email at any time.
How to request a new verification or password reset email
- Go to the platform’s login page.
- Click “Forgotten login details”.
- Follow the on‑screen steps to trigger a new verification or password‑reset email.
This will send a fresh link to your inbox so you can complete your account setup or update your password.
If the link still isn’t working
- Check your Spam/Junk folders.
- Make sure you’re clicking the most recent email you received.
- If using a school network, ask your IT team to check whether emails from passport@hoddereducation.com are being blocked or filtered.
