Knowledge Test results report
The 'Knowledge Test results' report is split into two halves.
The top half is a bar chart showing the average results for Knowledge Tests taken within specific timeframes:
- Use the tabs underneath the chart to change the timeframe.
- Change the selected class, group, or learner in the top right.
- Favourite the report, share it with other teachers, or download it in the top left.
The bottom half of the report shows each learner's marks and test time per test:
- Show/hide learners' test times, highlight their grade boundaries, and compare them to the group average using the toggles on the right.
- Click the notepad icon to review and edit any manually marked questions.
- Click Assign Knowledge Test to share a test with learners who've not received it yet.
Progress over time report
The 'Progress over time' report is split into two halves.
The top half is a line graph showing the average percentage score for the selected learner, class, or group for each date they've taken a Knowledge Test on within the selected timeframe:
- Use the tabs above the graph to change the timeframe.
- Change the selected class, group, or learner in the top right.
- Favourite the report, share it with other teachers, or download it in the top left.
The bottom half of the report shows the average number of attempts and time taken for each test taken within the chosen timeframe, as well as the school and class averages:
- Click the magnifying class to search for a specific Knowledge test.
- Click the arrow next to a test title to open it.
- Highlight learners' grade boundaries and compare their performance to the school group average using the toggles on the right.
Gap analysis report
The Gap Analysis Report is split into two halves.
The top half is a bar chart showing the difference between the learner's score and the school average:
- Use the buttons to the top left of the chart to favourite the report, share it with another teacher, or download it.
- Use the tabs above the bar chart to change the groups of Knowledge Tests represented by the bars.
- Use the button to the top right of the graph to change the student.
The bottom half of the report shows the average number of attempts and time taken for each test taken within the chosen timeframe, as well as the school and class averages:
- Click the chain link icon to view resources recommended for the learner when available.
- Click the arrow next to a test title to open it.
- Highlight the learner's grade boundaries in each test by using the toggle on the right.
Task completion report
The Task Completion Report is divided into two halves.
The top half includes a pie and progress chart showing which tasks, including Knowledge Tests, the selected learner has completed:
- Favourite the report, share it with other teachers, or download it in the top left.
- Use the filters above the report to filter tasks by subject, exam board, or course.
- Change the selected learner in the top right.
The bottom half of the report shows the learner's remaining and completed tasks:
- Switch between the 'To Do' and 'Completed' lists using the tabs at the top.
- Search tasks by clicking the magnifying glass at the top of the 'Tasks' column.
- In the 'Completed' list, click bar chart icon in the 'View results' column to view the learner's results for each Knowledge Test.
