There are four types of Knowledge Test report in Boost Learning:
- Knowledge Test results report: review the results for a learner, group, or class.
- Progress over time report: review the progress of a learner, group, or class over a set period.
- Gap analysis report: review learning gaps by comparing individual results with class and group averages.
- Task completion report: review the completion status of any tasks you've assigned to a learner, including Knowledge Tests.
To generate a report, log in to Boost Learning and click View reports, then follow the relevant instructions below.
You can access past reports by clicking Reports history at the bottom of the page.
Knowledge Test results report
On the 'Reports' dashboard:
- Click Knowledge Test Results Report.
- Select a Boost Course.
- Select the learner, class, or group you'd like to generate a report for.
- Click Generate.
Progress over time report
On the 'Reports' dashboard:
- Click Progress over time report.
- Select a Boost Course.
- Select the learner, class, or group you'd like to generate a report for
- Choose the timeframe you'd like to review. Scroll down to set a manual date range.
- Click Generate.
Gap analysis report
On the 'Reports' dashboard:
- Click Gap analysis report.
- Select a Boost Course.
- Click Next.
- Select the learner you'd like to generate a report for.
- Click Generate.
Task completion report
On the 'Reports' dashboard:
- Click Task completion report.
- Select the learner you'd like to generate a report for.
- Click Generate.
