Knowledge Test results report
The Knowledge Test Results Report is split into two halves.
The top half comprises a bar chart displaying the average results for Knowledge Tests taken within a specific timeframe.
Use the tabs underneath the chart to change the timeframe.
Use the button to the top right of the graph to change the class, group, or student.
Use the buttons to the top left of the graph to favourite the report, share it with another teacher, or download it.
The bottom half of the report breaks down the each student's exact mark and time per test.
Use the toggles on the right to show or hide the time taken by each student, a colour-coded heatmap highlighting their grade boundary, and the average statistics among the students chosen.
If a Knowledge Test has been manually marked, you can click the notepad icon to return to the marking screen and edit the marks given.
If a student in a class or group has missed a particular Knowledge Test, click the Assign Knowledge Test button to share it with them.
Progress over time report
The Progress Over Time report is split into two halves.
The top half is a line graph showing the average percentage score for the selected student, class, or group for each date they have taken a Knowledge Test on within the selected timeframe.
Use the buttons to the top left of the graph to favourite the report, share it with another teacher, or download it.
Use the tabs above the graph to switch between a daily, weekly, and monthly view.
Use the button to the top right of the graph to change the class, group, or student.
The bottom half of the report breaks down the average number of attempts and time taken for each Knowledge Test taken within the chosen timeframe, as well as the school and class averages.
Click the magnifying class to search for a specific Knowledge test.
Click the arrow next to a Knowledge Test's name to open it.
Use the toggles on the right to show or hide a a colour-coded heatmap highlighting the average grade boundaries and a comparison of the school averages.
Gap analysis report
The Gap Analysis Report is split into two halves.
The top half is a bar chart showing the disparity between the chosen learner's score and the school average.
Use the buttons to the top left of the chart to favourite the report, share it with another teacher, or download it.
Use the tabs above the bar chart to change the groups of Knowledge Tests represented by the bars.
Use the button to the top right of the graph to change the student.
The bottom half of the report breaks down the average number of attempts and time taken for each Knowledge Test taken within the chosen timeframe, as well as the school and class averages.
When available, additional resources will be recommended for the student. Click the chain link icon to view them.
Click the arrow next to a Knowledge Test's name to open it.
Use the toggles on the right to show or hide a a colour-coded heatmap highlight the achieved grade boundaries.
Task completion report
The Task Completion Report is divided into two halves.
The top half comprises a pie and progress chart showing which tasks, including Knowledge Tests, the chosen student has completed.
Use the buttons to the top left of the graph to favourite the report, share it with another teacher, or download it.
Use the filters directly above the report to filter tasks by subject, exam board, or course.
Change the chosen student by clicking Change Learner in the top right.
The bottom half of the report lists the tasks that have been completed and those still left to do.
Use the tab above the list to switch between 'To Do' and 'Completed'.
Click the magnifying glass above the task names to search for specific Knowledge Tests and resources.
Click bar chart icon in the 'View Results' column of the 'Completed' list to view the student's results for each Knowledge Test.
