Once a Knowledge Test has been marked, teachers can generate four different types of report for further analysis:
- Knowledge Test results report
- Progress over time report
- Gap analysis report
- Task completion report
Knowledge Test results report
- Log in to Boost.
- Select View Reports on the main dashboard or the Reports icon on the sidebar.
- Click the Knowledge Test Results Report tile.
- Select the relevant Boost Course.
- Select the group, class, or student you would like to generate a report for and click Generate.
Progress over time report
The Progress Over Time report lets you review the progress of a particular student, group, or class by charting their Knowledge Test results over a period of time.
- Log in to Boost.
- Select View Reports on the main dashboard or the Reports icon on the sidebar.
- Click the Progress Over Time Report tile.
- Select the relevant Boost Course.
- Select the group, class, or student you would like to generate a report for and the timeframe you would like to review.
- Scroll to the bottom of the window to set a manual date range if preferred.
- Click Generate.
Gap analysis report
The Gap Analysis report highlights students' learning gaps by comparing individual results with class and group averages.
- Log in to Boost.
- Select View Reports on the main dashboard or the Reports icon on the sidebar.
- Click the Gap Analysis Report tile.
- Select the relevant Boost Course and click Next.
- Select the student you would like to generate a report for and click Generate.
- You can filter the student list by class or group, or enter the student's name into the search bar.
Task completion report
The Task Completion Report shows the tasks and Knowledge Tests assigned to a student and their completion status.
- Log in to Boost.
- Select View Reports on the main dashboard or the Reports icon on the sidebar.
- Click the Task Completion Report icon.
- Select the student you would like to generate a report for and click Generate.
