If pupils appear in the Admin Hub but are not visible in Boost Insights (e.g. in reports or mark sheets), it’s likely that they haven’t yet been granted access to the platform.
Steps to resolve:
- Check the ‘Without Access’ tab
Pupils who are synced from your MIS but haven’t been assigned access will appear in the ‘Without Access’ section of the Admin Hub. Access Coordinator can grant them access by selecting the student from the list and clicking the 'Grant access to selected' button. - Review the Custom Groups tab
You might be trying to view a report or mark sheet for an outdated custom group, which no longer contains active pupils. Please bear in mind that the orange ‘Groups’ tab refers to custom groups. This means you might see a group named Year 1, for example, which doesn’t necessarily reflect the current Year 1 cohort—it may have been manually created in a previous academic year by one of your teachers. It’s important to regularly review and update custom groups to ensure they reflect your current school structure.
