A server error during the MIS sync is often caused by duplicated values in your admin hub data—such as identical names for year groups, classes, or subject classes.
To resolve this:
- Deauthorise your MIS sync
Go to your Admin Hub, navigate to the 'School tab', then 'MIS user sync' tab and deauthorise the MIS sync connection. - Remove duplicated class names
Review your admin hub data and delete any duplicate entries for year groups, classes, or subject classes. - Reauthorise the MIS sync
Once the duplicates have been removed, reauthorise the sync. The server error should no longer appear.
