You can manually add learners to the Admin Hub in Boost Insights. Make sure their year groups and classes are set up first.
To add a learner:
- Log in to Boost Insights as the Access Coordinator.
- Click Admin Hub in the bottom left.
- Go to Pupils > With access.
- Click Add pupil in the bottom right.
- Enter the learner's details.
- Complete the 'Contextual information' tab to add the learner to the relevant contextual groups.
- Click Save.
The new learner will be appear in Boost Insights immediately.
