Adding individual learners in Boost Insights

You can manually add learners to the Admin Hub in Boost Insights. Make sure their year groups and classes are set up first.

To add a learner: 

  1. Log in to Boost Insights as the Access Coordinator.
  2. Click Admin Hub in the bottom left. 
  3. Go to Pupils > With access. 
  4. Click Add pupil in the bottom right.
  5. Enter the learner's details. 
  6. Complete the 'Contextual information' tab to add the learner to the relevant contextual groups. 
  7. Click Save.

The new learner will be appear in Boost Insights immediately.
