In Boost Insights, you can view and manage your learners via the 'Pupils' tab in the Admin Hub. It is divided into three sub-tabs:
- With access: learners in this tab will appear in Boost Insights. You can assign and administer tests to them, view their marks, and see them on reports.
- Without access: learners in this tab are hidden in Boost Insights.
- Pending Deletion: learners in this tab are hidden in Boost Insights and will be permanently deleted after six months. For more information, click here.
You can sort the lists under each tab in ascending or descending order by clicking the headers. Search for specific users by typing their name into the search box in the top right corner.
Even if you are new to Boost Insights, you may find that some of your learners are already listed in the 'Pupils' tab. This is because all of our platforms are connected to the same user management system: when you add a new user to one, they will automatically appear in all the others, but they will be placed in 'Without access' by default.
