Exporting test data to Arbor

You can automatically export Key Stage 1 and 2 test data to Arbor from Boost Insights. The following tests are supported: 

  • New PiRA
  • New PUMA
  • New GAPS
  • NTS Reading
  • NTS Maths

Before you can enable data sharing with Arbor, you must set up your MIS sync with Arbor first. Your learners must also have UPNs in the Boost Insights Admin Hub (these should sync from Arbor by default).

If you previously had Arbor data sharing set up in MARK, your data will only feed through from the date you switch on the data sync permissions in Boost Insights. Please contact digital support if you require Boost Insights data from an earlier date.

To enable data sharing with Arbor: 

  1. Log in to Boost Insights as the Access Coordinator.
  2. Click the Account details icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Data sharing.
  4. Click On and untick any data points you don't want to export. 

Once enabled, your data should should start exporting to Arbor within 48 hours. The export happens overnight.
