As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your account and maintaining a secure environment, all users with an email login will now be required to set a new password that meets our updated security standards when prompted.
Your new password must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 14 and 20 characters in length.
- Contain at least one uppercase letter (A–Z).
- Contain at least one lowercase letter (a–z).
- Contain at least one number (0–9).
- Contain at least one valid special character.
- Not contain any spaces or asterisks (*).
- Not contain any invalid characters.
We recommend choosing a unique password that you do not use for any other accounts. If you use a password manager, it can help you generate and securely store a strong password.
Please note: once a password is changed on one our platforms it will be changed accross all of them.
