Salford Sentence Reading and Comprehension Test (SSRCT) marksheets are split into two tabs.
To complete the 'Reading' tab:
- Click Select date to enter a learner's test date.
- Select the sentence number where the sixth error was made.
- Select the error word itself.
- Click Save.
If a learner has made fewer than six errors, select Less than 6 errors at the bottom of the 'Sentence number' drop-down, then the number of errors made.
To edit a row, click the pencil icon next to the learner's name.
To complete the 'Comprehension' tab, you can enter marks directly or use the bulk marking feature.
Alternatively, you can complete both tabs at once using a spreadsheet template:
- The 'Sentence number' column should follow the format 'Sentence #'. Alternatively, if a learner has made fewer than six errors, type 'Less than 6 errors'.
- In the '6th Error Word' column, type the error word itself, or the number of errors made if they made less than six ('one error', 'two errors', etc.).
