Exporting test data to Insight Tracking

You can export Key Stage 1 and 2 test data to Insight Tracking from Boost Insights. The following test series are supported:

  • New PiRA
  • New PUMA
  • New GaPS
  • NTS Mathematics 
  • NTS Reading

Make sure you've added your learners' UPNs to the Admin Hub before trying to export their data. You can add them by manually adding/editing your learners or importing them from your MIS.

The same learners must be registered with UPNs in your Insight Tracking account. For more information, click here.

To enable data sharing with Insight Tracking:

  1. Log in to Boost Insights as the Access Coordinator. 
  2. Click Account details > Data sharing in the top right.  
  3. Select Insight Tracking.
  4. Toggle data sharing On.

Log in to your Insight tracking account to request your latest Boost Insights data or enable automatic imports.

New data entered into Boost Insights should be available to Insight Tracking by the next morning, but please allow 48 hours during busier times of the year.
