Creating and editing Boost Lesson folders

Boost Lessons are organised into Lesson folders. You can create new folders from scratch, or you can duplicate and edit the folders included with your Boost Course subscription. 

To begin, log in to Boost Learning and click Plan a lesson on the main dashboard.

 

Custom Lesson folders 

  1. On the Lessons dashboard, click New folder.
  2. Name the Lesson folder. 
  3. Add a description. (Optional) 
  4. Link the folder to a Boost Course. (Optional) 
  5. Click Create.

If you link the Lesson folder to a Boost Course then it will appear under the Lessons tab on the Course's dashboard. It won't be visible to other teachers until you share it with them. 

 

Editing Lesson folders included with your Boost Course

  1. Open the hamburger menu next to the 'Original' Lesson folder.
  2. Click Duplicate to create a 'Personal' copy.
  3. Open the hamburger menu next to the 'Personal' copy. 
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Change the folder name, edit the description, or link it to another Boost Course.
  6. Click Done. 

If you link the Lesson folder to another Boost Course then it will appear under the Lessons tab on the Course's dashboard. It won't be visible to other teachers until you share it with them.
