In Boost Learning, you can view and manage your teachers via the 'Teachers' tab in the Admin Hub. It is divided into four sub-tabs:
- With access: teachers in this column can log in and use Boost Learning. They can also open and view the Admin Hub.
- Limited access: teachers will appear in this tab if they have registered themselves to your account via the Hachette Learning website. They can log in and view your resources, but they cannot share them with learners or access the Admin Hub. This tab is dynamic and will not be visible if it is empty.
- Without access: teachers in this tab cannot log in to the platform or view the Admin Hub.
- Pending deletion: teachers in this tab cannot log in or view the Admin Hub. They will be permanently deleted after six months. For more information, click here.
You can sort the lists under each tab in ascending or descending order by clicking the headers. Search for specific users by typing their name into the search box in the top right.
The 'Email verified?' column shows you whether or not a teacher has verified their email address. If they haven't, there will be a hyperlink that says 'Email sent'. Click this to resend their verification email.
Even if you are new to Boost Learning, you may find that some of your colleagues are already listed in the 'Teachers' tab. This is because all of our platforms are connected to the same user management system: when you add a new user to one, they will automatically appear in all the others, but they will be placed in 'Without access' by default.
