The Access Coordinator can permanently delete users in Boost Learning.
This will remove them from your Hachette Learning account entirely, not just Boost Learning. We cannot recover test/user data belonging to permanently deleted users.
If a user no longer requires access to Boost Learning but does to other Hachette Learning platforms, revoke their access instead.
To permanently delete a user in Boost Learning:
- Log in to Boost Learning as the Access Coordinator.
- Click Admin Hub in the top right.
- Go to the Teachers tab and find the teacher you want to delete.
- If they are in With access, select them and click Revoke access.
- In Without access, select them again and click Deleted selected.
Deleted users will sit in the 'Pending deletion' tab for six months before being automatically deleted. They will not be able to log in to the platform during this time. If you need to delete someone immediately, submit a GDPR consent form to the digital support team.
Users marked 'Pending' in the 'Status' column cannot be automatically deleted. Click Pending to see why. They will not be scheduled for deletion until the reason is resolved.
To cancel a user's pending deletion, select them and click Cancel deletion in the bottom left.
