Logging in to the app

You can log in to the eBooks app with the same credentials you use for Boost Learning and/or Hachette Learning Adaptive. Before you log in for the first time, however, please ensure the following:  

  1. You've verified your email address and set a password.
  2. You've logged in to Boost Learning and/or HL Adaptive once (depending on which one you use) and accepted the terms and conditions. 

Learners who log in with a username, password, and centre ID instead of an email address can skip Step 1, but they still need to accept the terms and conditions in the browser. 

HL Adaptive eBooks must be opened in the browser once before appearing in the app. 

 

Single sign-on

SSO is not available in the app itself. However, you can log in using SSO by logging in to the browser first: 

  1. Go to Boost Learning or HL Adaptive in your mobile browser.
  2. Log in using one of the SSO options. 
  3. Open an eBook on your dashboard. 
  4. Let the browser redirect you to the app. 

When the app opens, you'll be logged in automatically.
