To update or change your Access Coordinator, we require a new GDPR form to be completed. This ensures we have the correct permissions and that access is assigned securely.
What you need to do

Complete the GDPR form in full
Make sure all fields are filled in so we can process the request without delay. -
Specify the platform
Tell us which website the change applies to – e.g. Boost Insights, Boost Learning, MARK, SNAP, eduu.school, Wellbeing, Hachette Learning Academy, Hachette Learning Adaptive, or Hachette Learning Magazines. - Provide full details for the new Access Coordinator including full name and email address
What happens next?
Once the form is submitted, our team will review the details and update the Access Coordinator accordingly. We’ll contact you if we need any further information or confirm via email once the change has been completed.
What happens to the previous Access Coordinator?
Please note that there can only be one Access Coordinator for each platform. If you appoint a new Access Coordinator, any account holding that role previously will be downgraded to Teacher Admin.
