Teachers with access to your Boost Learning account can view the resources you've ordered by default, including any Boost Course plans. However, they won't have access to Course plans you've customised until you share them.
To share a Course plan:
- Find the Course plan you want to share.
- Click the triangular 'Share' icon.
- Choose whether your colleagues can view the Course plan or edit it as well.
- Select the colleagues you want to share with.
- Add a note to the share. (Optional)
- Click Next.
- CC others to notify them of the share and let them edit it in future. (Optional)
- Click Share.
After sharing a 'Personal' Course plan, the tag will change to 'Shared by me'.
To change your colleagues' read/edit rights, open the Course plan and click Sharing information in the top right.
