Please note that Admin Hub changes can take up to 5 minutes to take effect in Hachette Learning Academy.
You can edit a CPD learner's details in the Admin Hub, including their name, username, password, and class. To edit a CPD learner:
- Log in to Academy.
- Click Admin Hub in the bottom left.
- Go to the Students tab and select the CPD learner's record.
- Click View pupil in the bottom right.
- Edit the desired information. You MUST NOT use an email address for CPD learners: always use a username and password instead. For more information, click here.
- Click Save.
NOTE: Because all of our platforms are connected to the same user management system, you may find that some of your regular learners are listed under the 'Students' tab. If they are in 'With access', revoke their access to ensure that only your CPD learners have access to Academy.
