Please note that Admin Hub changes can take up to 5 minutes to take effect in Hachette Learning Academy.
You can add individual CPD learners to your account directly via the Admin Hub. However, you must set up a class for them first.
To add a CPD learner to your account:
- Log in to Academy.
- Click Admin Hub in the bottom left.
- Go to Students > With access.
- Click Add pupil in the bottom right.
- Enter the CPD learner's details. You MUST register them with a username and password instead of an email address. For more information, click here.
- Click Save.
To log in, CPD learners must enter the username and password you have created for them, as well as your centre ID. This is the number underneath your school/institution name at the top of the Admin Hub.
NOTE: Because all of our platforms are connected to the same user management system, you may find that some of your regular learners are listed under the 'Students' tab. If they are in 'With access', revoke their access to ensure that only your CPD learners have access to Academy.
