In Academy, you set up and manage your CPD admins via the 'Teachers' tab in the Admin Hub. It is divided into three sub-tabs:
- With access: users in this tab can use Hachette Learning Academy and open the Admin Hub.
- Without access: users in this tab cannot use the platform or open the Admin Hub.
- Pending deletion: users in this tab cannot use the platform or open the Admin Hub, and will be permanently deleted from your Hachette Learning account after six months.
The 'Email Verified?' column shows you whether or not a CPD admin has verified their email address. If they have, it will say 'Verified'. If they haven't, there will be a hyperlink that says 'Email sent'. Click the link to resend their verification email.
NOTE: Because all of our platforms are connected to the same user management system, you may find that some members of staff who aren't CPD admins are listed in the 'Teachers' tab. You should revoke their access, then create CPD learner accounts for them if needed.
