Overview
The Completion Report provides a detailed summary of a learner’s performance upon completing a task. It offers insights into time spent, metacognition, mastery progress, and proficiency assessment, helping learners and educators analyse strengths and areas for improvement.
How to access the completion report
- Log in to your Learner Dashboard [link].
- Navigate to the Sustain [link] section.
- Choose a completed task from the Sustain list.
- Click on the three-dots icon and select Show Summary from the list.
Structure of the completion report
The Completion Report consists of four pages, each highlighting different aspects of the learning process.
Page 1: Time and Content Overview

Total Time Spent: Displays the cumulative time dedicated to the task.

Time Spent Per Item: Breaks down the time allocated to individual content items.

New vs. Known Items Graph: Compares newly learned items against previously known concepts.

Table of Contents: An interactive, linked list that allows quick navigation to specific content sections.
