You can view and manage your staff from the 'Teachers' tab of the Admin Hub. It is divided into three sub-tabs:
- With access: users in this column can use Hachette Learning Adaptive and open the Admin Hub.
- Without access: users in this column cannot use the platform or open the Admin Hub.
- Pending deletion: users in this column cannot use the platform or open the Admin Hub, and will be permanently deleted from your Hachette Learning account after six months.
The 'Email Verified?' column shows you whether or not a user has verified their email address. If they have, it will say 'Verified'. If they haven't, there will be a hyperlink that says 'Email sent'. Click the link to resend their verification email.
Even if you're new to Adaptive, you may find that some of your colleagues are already in the Admin Hub. This is because our platforms are all connected to the same user management system: when you add a new user to one, they will automatically appear in all the others.
Your Access Coordinator can manage user access to your Adaptive account.
