The Whole school gap analysis is a spreadsheet report that shows all available results for a particular academic year, term, and test series. It includes learners' raw marks, strand scores, standardised scores (SS), age-standardised scores (Age-SS), subject ages, and Hodder scale scores (HSS).
Alternatively, the Question-level analysis report can be downloaded as a spreadsheet with the same data points for a specific class/group and test paper.
To download the whole school data export spreadsheet:
- Log in to Boost Insights.
- Click Enter or review test scores.
- Choose a test series.
- Click Export school test data in the top right.
- Select an academic year and term.
- Click Generate.
Test papers with available data will be displayed as separate tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
