JavaScript is normally enabled by default, but you can check your settings by following the below links:
GDPR/Privacy policy
You can find Hachette Learning's GDPR/privacy policy here.
There is a dedicated section that can be shared with your learners under the sections titled 'Children's use of our services' and 'What personal data we collect about you'.
Links to the privacy policy can also be found in the footer across Boost Insights and on the log in screen of the test taker app.
Regarding test data, please note that we have a retention policy in effect in Boost Insights. In summary, if a learner is inactive, then their data will be anonymised and no longer available for you to view. A learner is considered inactive when no test is added for over 2 years, or 3 years for our ART/AMT test suites.
