If you are changing your MIS provider or sync partner (Wonde, Arbor), then you will need to clear your learners' MIS IDs in the Admin Hub. This is to prevent your learners being duplicated during subsequent syncs and splitting their test data over multiple records.
Deleting your learners' MIS IDs will not affect their assessment data.
Clearing your learners' MIS IDs
Complete the steps below just before you change MIS provider or sync partner:
- Log in to Boost Insights, SNAP, or Wellbeing as the Access Coordinator.
- Open the Admin Hub (bottom left in Boost Insights; top right in SNAP and Wellbeing).
- Go to School > MIS user sync > Authorisation.
- Click Deauthorise on your current MIS sync partner.
- When prompted, tick 'Clear MIS IDs' and select Yes.
- Refresh the browser page. You should see the options to authorise connections with Wonde and Arbor again.
After you've changed MIS provider or sync partner:
- Return to School > MIS user sync > Authorisation in the Admin Hub.
- Click Authorise on your MIS sync partner.
- Enter the required information in the authorisation portal.
You will be returned to the Admin Hub automatically after a few seconds, and the Start sync button should be visible on your chosen MIS sync partner's icon. Try refreshing the browser page if not.
We recommend you click Start sync and run through the sync setup panels to again to ensure the sync is connected and up-to-date.
