Once a learner has completed at least one of the ten activities or one of the questionnaires has been completed, the 'Plan, do and review' tab will become available.
The Core Profile
At the top of the page, you'll see the learner's Core Profile, which displays their results for the activities. For every activity a fluency standardised score is generated and plotted on the graph. Hovering over each bar on the graph, or clicking the black dot if using a tablet, will show you a pupil’s results in full, alongside a description of the area of strength or need. In the hover over box, you will find a pupil’s fluency score, fluency standardised score, accuracy score (shown as a percentage), and accuracy standardised score:
More information about how to interpret a pupil’s results can be found in the 'Reports, Feedback and Actions' PDF, which is available to download above the Core Profile.
The Questionnaire Profile
Further down the 'Plan, do and review' tab, you'll find Questionnaire Profile. This displays the results from each of the three questionnaires: Teacher, Parent/Carer and Pupil.
The bars on the graph represent an average of the responses for each section. Hovering over the blacks dots with your cursor, or clicking them if using a tablet, will show the exact average for each section.
Clicking a bar will let you view the responses for the section in full. However, this menu is not available for the Teacher questionnaire when 'Don't know' was selected for every answer in the section, as this response does not produce a score.
